To play the game, use your mouse to click on a resident to select it. Then, click on an empty space to extend that resident's house. The number on the resident's house tells you how many tiles the house must fill. Each type of resident also has specific conditions that must be met in order to satisfy their needs. You can see these conditions when you select a resident. To design the perfect neighborhood, you need to meet the needs of all the residents and fill in all the squares on the grid. Click on residents to select them, and then click on empty spaces to extend their houses as you work to satisfy the conditions of each resident and fill in all the squares on the grid.
